Mutate IO Game Review

Mutate.io (mutatio for those who prefer) is a multiplayer game similar to agar.io. It lets players play as blobs, which may feed, expand or mutate, and then use to attack opponents.
The game was created for The Pygame Community New Years jam (theme of mutation), and I tried to use the jam to get to know networking better and experiment with game dev habits that I’m still not familiar with (e.g. lower global state).
The sole server available is my own: 34.76.77.52, and I will most likely continue to host it for at least a month after the release. Maximum number of simultaneous users allowed is 10.

Versions: Version 1.0.1 was published before the closing of the jamversion 1.0.2 included some minor bugs corrections in the server.py file to address rapid disconnections between clients. “Slim” editions are compiled version where I made an effort to get rid of all DLLs, folders or other files that I do not believe you must have in order to run the software. Download at your own own risk.
